2.General
FPU type pre-charging tools used for bladder, piston and diaphragm type accumulator charging nitrogen pressure test and adjustment. When using, please will pneumatic tool of the air head spin in the accumulator valve, and through the air hose and nitrogen cylinder connection. If only testing or drop nitrogen pressure, air hose don't connect. Through the counterclockwise rotation core shaft open accumulator valve order to adjust pressure.
3.Structure
A complete set of pre-charging tool FPU by the following several parts: the body (bottom with a spin nut D), handle A, check valve C, pressure relief valve B, pressure gauge, air hose, all kinds of inflatable joint (A1 ~ A4 joint).
4.Operation Guide
The body of the M28 x 1.5 internal thread is used for diaphragm type accumulators inflatable. For bag type or piston accumulator aeration, as long as in the body can be connected conversion joint.
Will air joint twist to the accumulator valve, and at the same time ensure that pressure relief valve is closed, counterclockwise rotation core shaft Allen screw to open valve.

5.matters needing attention
Note: it is strictly prohibited to will oxygen or air filling the accumulator, it will lead to an explosion.
In each test or adjust accumulator inflation pressure before, please will accumulator and system disconnection and liquid emptying.
Air, nitrogen gas bottle of pressure must be high enough, in order to meet the requirements of the aeration, otherwise, need to have nitrogen charging equipment.
Need to comply with the corresponding safety regulations, must use more than 99.2% purity nitrogen.
